Mullen is going to go after a number of recruits from Georgia, Alabama, etc. In the end it don't matter. If a kid wants to go to UF, then he should do so. We'll keep recruiting. Mullen will have three years to make a big splash so he will pull out all the stops on the recruiting trail. Every recruit should bear that in mind.

Who? Dan Mullen? The guy who has a track record of 2-15 against AP Top 25 teams?

That's EXACTLY why he stays at UF

Fields has said he wants to play with his arms before his legs. That is reversed with Mullen. Dak aside, what pro QB has Mullen developed?

The big question is can he win the West every year? That is what UF fans expect. Good luck beating out Bama, Auburn, LSU each year. No question he should have enough rep and should get the recruits to compete.

These type of things always make my scratch my head. On one hand I don't think Twitter followers/following someone means that much at all, on the other hand Fields definitely has to know people will see that he followed the UF people, so why do it?

He's definitely killing it in the outfield for the single A farm team of the New York mets...pro QB not so much

Corral cares about being the man. What's Zaire or Franks stats this year. REALLY think Corral knows he can beat these guys. He knows he'll be the man sophomore year

Alex Smith at Utah, who became the number 1 overall pick in the NFL draft.

We're talking about QB development not personal development. Tebow's penchant for saving lives doesn't count.

Depends on who you are asking. :)

Developed Alex Smith to # 1 pick in 2005 NFL Draft and Tim Tebow. Yep, I know Whoopie Doo, but you did ask.

You can "develop" all the quarterbacks you want, but it's the rest of the team that counts. Why didn't MSU win the West. Outstanding QB in Fitz. Great QB 'development" but the rest of the team .......

Mullen is not going to be able to pull in the recruits at UF like they once had. Too much competition with in state schools and others.
