Looking forward to this week's matchup in Tuscaloosa! It is time to get this Bama **** off our backs. The dawgs haven't won in T-town since Saban's first year and Kirby is 2-7 against his former team. There is no excuse for that. Bama loses to the Vandys of this world and we come into their house with fear and trembling. It's almost universally decided that Kirby is the best overall coach in CFB at this time. So, we need to cut down on any ridiculous play calling and play to our strengths in this game. Lawson Luckie showed us yesterday what he can do with yards after catch and he was not even the intended target! (43 yrds!). Let's get these TEs going soon and often in this Bama game and let them flatten any LB or DB that gets in their way. Time to PUNISH this Bama defense and leave the game with an undisputed crushing of the opponent. In other words, let's duplicate what we did to them in the SECCG and leave with a 28-7 score to leave no doubt! Let's do this and GO DAWGS!

Maybe Russell craps the bed as a young player in the spotlight, but I wouldn’t bet on it. Feels like a 4 quarter shoot out. Which team gets a couple stops in the second half? Can Bobo and Stockton fully weapons the TEs? How healthy will Frazier be? Can we pressure Russell and not let him escape for massive gains on the ground. Perhaps it comes down to Cole and Wilson v Russell. Go Dawgs!!!!!

Games are won and lost in the trenches. Even though we beat Vandy, it looked like and felt like we were beaten in the trenches. They effectively stopped our run game, although we did better in the 2nd half. We have to be able to run the ball in order to beat Bama. No if's, and's or but's about it. And I agree with Truthteller, we need to utilize our stud TE's more. Let's control the clock and keep Russell off the field for as long as possible. GO DAWGS!!

Keelon Russell's resemblance to Jalen Milroe (the man who single handedly disassembled UGA's D …twice) has to be cause for concern. Hopefully, GS's experience edge will pay off on saturday. This game will be the measuring stick for UGA and especially for GS '26 vs GS '25.
