Any Subaru Forester Owners out there?

AndersonDawgAndersonDawg Posts: 1,880 ✭✭✭✭✭ Graduate

I did a mental coin flip in 2015 between a Subaru Forester and a Nissan Rogue and picked the Rogue (which I have enjoyed driving). Should I go with the Forester next time? Thanks for the input.

I'm a happy 2006 Forester owner. Still has the boxy older style, which i like. It drives great on snow, and even does well on ice because of wide tires and its weight along with lower center of gravity than newer models.

The Forester has an acclaimed 4WD system. If you live somewhere like Michigan where in the winter... Gotta get the Forrester.

Most people, I don’t understand why they don’t do something as simple as check Consumer Reports to see what cars end up as being more reliable. But you said you bought your last car in ‘15 and now in ‘18 are buying a new one. If you’ve got enough money to do that and aren’t just buying it on credit, just get whichever seems the most fun to you. All these cars will be reliable for 3 years.
