Will Head BB Coach at UGA ever become a "destination " job?

Since Georgia is known as a "football school", let's look at the BB program from a football perspective. Which means that if BB were FB then you would have to admit that we would be maybe ... Tulane or Tulsa or Toledo. Basically a place where an young up and coming coach could go and with a few successful seasons move on to a top notch national program. Or a place where an aging veteran coach could go to wind down and retire. What would it take for UGA to become a Destination Job? Been following the Dogs since the days of Red Lawson and I'm sad to say, this is the way it's always been here. Does anyone see this changing? Gimme some hope!!

If you want to follow the football method for basketball, then they’ll need to pony up the money for a good coach and continue to improve facilities. At least if they want to become contenders.
