Dawgs are staying hot. Took 2 of 3 from UT (lost in extras) then swept Mizzou. Couple big series left with some top 10 teams Florida #1 and Arkansas #7. This is obviously a really good team but I feel like these next two series will show if they have what it takes to be great. If you take away the College of Charleston sweep (3rd week of the season) the only teams to take 2 of 3 from the dawgs are Ole Miss #6, Kentucky #21 and Vandy.

Diamond Dawgs are for real! Was at Foley Field for the UT series. Great excitement! Good young pitching, good verteran hitting. Agree that they'll need to keep it up ... and step it up ... against #1 UF and #7 Arky. Heard Coach Stricklin say on Bulldog Roundtable that 3 wins (prior to last night's W over GT) would "probably" guarantee a bid and home field in NCAA Regionals, and 5 wins would "probably" guarantee and home field in NCAA Super Regionals.
We got the W against Tech and you gotta figure Presbyterian as a W (that's 2), so we'd need 3 wins in 6 remaining games against #1UF and #7 Arkansas. Doable, but WOW! Hope everyone turns out at Foley next week against ARK!

Great way to end the regular season, look to be in good position moving into SEC tournament. Perfect throw from left field to throw out tying run to end the game. Can’t wait for post season games.

Dawgs dropped their 1st game of the SEC tourney yesterday to A&M 7-0. Currently losing right now to Ole Miss 2-0 bottom of the 4th. Need to turn up the urgency a little bit. Terrible time for the bats to go cold..

Had a gift of two runs on a crazy play by ole miss pitcher to force extra innings but still lost. Not a good showing in tournament for sure.
