Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Assuming Ringo and Evans make it known they are UGA bound, we have two spots left for BPA.
Here is how id rank that current board:
DE - J Burch
NT - M Jackson
DT - A Huntley
S - Av Williams
ILB - DJ Lundy
DB - R Battle / D Branch / E Rackstraw / S Williams
Started with 23. Currently signed 20 (inc Ringo and Evans) with 2 committed. That leaves 1 more with Joseph as a potential second. We could add a transfer or 2 after August 1st. Likely would be Grad (s) as I don't see using a 2021 spot for someone to sit a year.
Zirkel is blue shirt.
Just because he has bad opinions on football doesn’t mean he can’t hear things. Hence the TIFWW
I get all my recruiting info from right here, so what is TOS?
Don't see how. The official UGA site shows he signed a NLI. They also show 18 Signees.
Will be curious to see if DW maintains the 5th star. Seems his high rating based more on potential than production.

Jeff said this morning it would be hard for DW to lose that 5th Star considering he would have to drop so many spots for that to happen.
So who drops? Who rises? When do the new rankings come out?

Pure guesses...

looks like Evans is trying to get out of his LOI according to mods on tos
Based on prior years: Two new rankings, one will come out around 1/15 and will be due to either ESPN or Rivals (not sure which updated at 12/15, but this would be the other). Then Top247 will release its final rankings around 1/31 and that will be the final composite update.
The total number of five stars is meant to replicate the 1st round draft but, looking at past years, the composite has between 26 (2016) and 37 (2015) per year. The composite is currently showing 28, but that could swing either way.
Purely based on the current numbers (i.e. I'm not evaluating all star game/camp showings or other variables), I think Broderick Jones is at risk of falling below 5 stars. Currently 19 on composite but 41 on Top247. Would just take a bad 1/15 rerank and the 1/31 Top247 rerank to hold steady or fall. Tate (36/66) looks unlikely to rise purely based on numbers and Milton (37/76) skipped the all star game, so unlikely to rise. Rosemy (41/79) also looks unlikely to make the jump.
Carter (53/20) looks to be in prime shape as he's already ranked pretty high by Top247. Just need rivals to show him a bit of love in a couple weeks and he could get within the 5 star range.
