Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

He forgot "respect my decision"
the only # that matters is 85.
there are plenty of staffers employed at UGA athletics to figure out the rest.
we have 2 spots left to fill should nobody else transfer out after adding newman.
should we add the Michigan WR & the FSU TE, that would leave us with 0 scholarships for NSD.
thus, I would assume we lose at least 2-3 more to the transfer portal before then.
class act!
His followers have already doubled since the beginning of the week. Gotta love Dawg fans.
I would've been surprised if he didn't tbh. One thing that you can't question, JF11 loves UGA.
Rakestraw sets an official for the weekend of the 31st!!!
Richt with the "Go Dawgs". Awesome. Great man
Yes because they came in summer. I could be wrong, but I believe I remember reading that from one of the trusted, knowledgeable posters here
Mid-year signees can be counted as 2019 if unused initials were signed or as 2020. Summer enrollees are counted as 2020 or if they don't go on scholarship until after start of fall practice (non-recruited athletes only) as 2021. Recruited athletes (normal) can only count against 2021 if the papers signed stipulate that they won't be on scholarship until 2nd term (Jan 2021). The last part would potentially apply to Zirkel. If he is not on scholarship until Jan 2021 he will be a 2021 initial otherwise he is a 2020 initial (part of the 23). We currently sit at 20 signed leaving 3 available of which 2 would hopefully be for Jones and SVPG. That leaves 1 spot available for 2020 and any above that will reduce the 25 for 2021. All transfers count against one or the other depending on when they go on scholarship.
You've stuck to your guns and I'm sticking to mine...I still think we sign 25/26 this year if the right kids want to come. And I still say Zirkel is a blue shirt. We'll see in a few weeks.
I am not saying that we won't sign 25/26 just that only 23 will be "current" HS athletes. We could sign another 10 transfers to come in August but that would only leave 15 for 2021 HS rising seniors. We may never find out if Zirkel is a blue shirt or not unless we sign 4 more from HS and they enroll in June
Think I might almost rather have 10 incoming transfers than ~10 freshman flight risks in the next cycle
