Bo Nix

Watching the pinson valley vs Hoover game on ESPN and the Auburn commit looks very average. Missing a lot of throws with single coverage. Does seem like he is calm and smart though. Seems to over throw a lot of his receivers. Only 8/19 in the first half so far. On the other hand Hoover junior QB Robbie Ashford looks great. Throws a clean ball and not many mistakes.

I saw Bo Nix at the Nike Opening in Frisco and he blew the game for his team under pressure. Although he may grow and become something special. It is my belief that he will not be a major factor any time soon. #dawgsontop

If he is unsuccessful throwing then Gus will run him around in motion like a chicken with his head cut off and let linebackers eat his lunch in open space for a three yard gain down after down

"My guy" Justin Fomby as I reported earlier bested Nix and Calzada at the Nashville Rival camp dealie in May, earning MVP honors in the process. In Nix, there is a lot less there than meets the eye, methinks. As to Fomby, if he has a strong fall, I expect Ohio State to offer him. My guess is that it would take him as a preferred walk-on now.
