Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

Relax! The greatest pass rush in history would not have sacked MTSU's QB. Here's why....

Went back and re-watched game. MTSU completed 20 passes. Only 9 were completed beyond the line of scrimmage. Their longest completed pass was caught 5 yds. downfield. The average distance downfield for each completed pass in the game was slightly less than 2 inches. Only 1 completion was in the QB's more than 2 seconds and he rolled out to his left before throwing it. We were not gonna get a sack in this game and neither would Bama, the Fearsome Foursome, or anybody else. What's kinda ironic is that Austin Peay and USCjr both used a real similar passing strategy against us. In other words, at this point, don't worry about the lack of sacks
