Biggest recruiting get in Basketball in a long while.
For those who don't follow prep basketball closely or haven't watched tape yet, Edwards is the REAL DEAL. Already projects as the top pick in the NBA draft for 2020 and just has a beautiful (almost flawless) game. He's going to be so much fun to watch.
And I don't mind the one and done. That's standard today for the best players. Nothing we can do about it. So I plan to enjoy every minute of next season, grateful to see this kid in a Georgia uniform. Thank you Coach Crean.

We have 2 other ESPN Top 100 kids leaning strongly our way, as well. Next season will be interesting.
@Bigcalidawg are you talking about Walton & Camara (who have already committed) or Achiuwa & Quinones (who Edwards said he'd be recruiting- but don't currently have UGA listed), or are there other top 100 guys that we have a good shot at?
Where does this class rank now ? 12th or better ?
I think ANT moved us to 12. If we land our other targets we can be top 5 (is my guess).

Huge get!!! Dude is a beast!! Only thing im worried about is , 1 year and NBA. Hope he stays longer though!
I only say that because of past commits who have de committed.
He’s a one and done. Nothing to worry about. He’ll come in and change the tone for Georgia basketball and start a trend.
