My wife did some surf and turf. Came home after work, looked at the plate, saw the beer for me and the margarita for her, and said let’s live it up broette
Now that’s more like it !
Right on my man! Living good this Saturday night. A little supercross, a little bit of food, a little bit of adult beverages, and a little bit of wasted time. Hope you’re doing good Orlando bro.
For those of us on a budget, I would highly recommend trying Boston Butt pork steaks. They taste very much like beef at a fraction of the cost. These are thin cut at about a half of an inch and both cost me less than $3.00. I got them pre-cut at Ingles usually where they keep the ribs. A little seasoning and you won't be disappointed.
Wait.. hold up @ghostofuga1 bro. less than 3.00 dollars? That is a deal if the meat turned out ok. Looks good from my hood.
Eating a hot dog with bbq on top plus some onion rings. I’ll be honest, the onion rings are frozen from kroger. There is only one hotdog in the picture because I ate 2 &3 waiting on the onion rings to finish
It's really good @JRT812 bro. So much so I had to pick the bones clean...and yes, those two steaks cost me a whopping $2.87. For the side, a can of sweet corn ( 88 cents) iron skillet fried with butter an dill and you have a good meal for 2 for less than $ 4.00. And it you want to splurge, you could add some roasted garlic mashed potatoes ( $1.18 a pack ) and really pig out for around $5.00.....
@JRT812 -- Hot dog topped with BBQ... you're a genius! I'm thinking about hitting it with a layer of slaw when I make mine!
The wife bought me a Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker for my birthday, and this was the first thing I have cooked on it. I will make some adjustments as I go because I'm definitely a rookie at this point with times and controlling temps.
On a side note, I just learned smoking a meatloaf is a real thing!!! Where in the he// have I been, that's both brilliant and delicious wrapped up into one little bundle.
@ghostofuga1 I need to shop where you shop. Those are really good prices
@DirtDawg bro, slaw is good choice
@shhmitty bro, good job on the ribs! They will get better each time you do it.
did one a few years ago, need to do it again
a million ways to season and such too.
Thank you sir, I have learned when the temps are set in......put your hands in your pockets and walk away...don't mess with nothing. They will be better next time without temps yoyoing up and down, hahaha!
