"Assuming everyone stays healthy" is a huge statement, that we know can't come true. Football is a game of attrition, and that's why quality depth is key. Hopefully, our youngsters on the DL will step up, I am eager to see what the Tn guys will bring to the table.

I tend to agree with Zeier. I watch several spring games in my life time but I've never seen the entire defense perform as well as the one I saw in this last spring game. It kind of reminded me of Erk Russell and Brian VanGorder's defenses when players gave it their all and were very organize.. Some coordinators just have the natural ability to effect how they want their players to play. Dan Lanning could be a diamond in the rough.

It has taken some time to get the right players in place but I also believe this defensive unit is poised to have a breakout year. With CKS leading and a young, energetic coach like Lanning the sky is the limit. Buckle up, should be fun to watch! Go Dawgs!

As usual I agree with Zeier. It has always surprised me why he is a Coordinator somewhere. Defense will definitely be better this year and the offense isn’t a slouch either

We need 4 lock down DB’s and depth and monsters on the DL to beat Bama
