Because I need help passing the longest week of the year

BiffLowmanBiffLowman Posts: 695 ✭✭✭✭✭ Graduate

which is, of course, the week before our first game, I have a question.

In April we moved into a really nice new to us home. The yard was immaculate. It has Zenith Zoysia. I am wondering when I need to overseed and fertilize for winter. I can use the internets but I get differing advice from different websites! I would rather see what y'all can help me with.

Thanks.

Only 180.5 hours till kick off.

well biff bro... unfortunately this isn’t going to help you pass the time. It’s a little late in the game to be doing that for zoysia grass. Zoysia is the last to come in and the first to go dormant. In my opinion it would be a waste of money to seed and fert this year. You typically want to seed and fert zoysia right as it is getting hot.

    Pretty grass though
