Travon Walker is special, no doubt. However, I believe the lack of "Elite" talent on the D-line is the underlying reason he is getting the amount of playing time he has thus far. I pray we pick-up Jordan Burch and the other top DT from Fla that we have been pursuing. Fromm will be huge loss to the offense in 2020 but if we don't recruit well at interior D-line this year we might as well kiss our CFP hopes bye-bye for a couple years.

It's fun to see break-out players each year.

Assuming Fromm leaves. I personally believe he will return for his senior season

I agree on Eli Wolf. Very impressed with him. I'm going to say this is the difference in offensive coordinators because right now, he's on pace to be A LOT more productive than Nauta. We'll see how it shakes out. And @HerschelsDailySoup , I like James Cook, too, but it seems to me that he's a step SLOWER than he was in high school. When I saw him play then (only two games on TV) no one could catch him, whether they had an angle or not. Now, he seems to get caught a lot more. He still can fake guys out, but right when I think he's about to break away, someone catches him. It's one thing I noticed last year about Elijah Holyfield. For all of the talk about him, he wasn't a breakaway running back. And that's when i realized he didn't have enough speed to be a front-line NFL running back. And alas, he is not. Go Dawgs!

The defenses Cook is going up against are faster now than the ones he was going up against in highschool. I bet he'll put on a little more size and length by next year and with it a little more speed.
