Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Tennessee "Fans"

I have been doing sports pallet artwork for 4 years now. Every year I do a local art festival. It helps pay my bills as being a teacher doesn't pay the best! Anyways, for the SECOND consecutive year, I sold not one piece relating to Tennessee! 3 years ago I sold 3, and 4 years ago I sold 5. Two of their "fans" came by and said that they wouldn't buy anything that had Tennessee on it until they started doing better...I even tried to discount it to get rid of them (the artwork and the people). How bad of a fair-weather fan is that? I have ALWAYS rooted for my DAWGS...win or lose.
Shameless plug: message me if you are interested in anything. I can ship them or we can meet. I'll give a discount to fellow DAWGNATION folks!

@dawgfantip Try going through the message link above...
You're very talented. Self-taught or did you have some formal training?
If I can ever find the time, I'd love to get more sophisticated at wood-working.
@BiffLowman you need to set up a website to sell this. I believe a few of us might go nuts.
Nice stuff, man. There are a few Xmas and birthday presents in there for sure.
It started 4 years ago when I made an FSU one for my wife so I wouldn't have to get her anything for Mother's Day. She liked it and put it on Facebook for all her fellow friends who went there to see. It really took off from there.
No formal training. I have made tons. Just a man, a 6 pack of beer, and some power tools.
