When Georgia and Kentucky met in 2018, it was a de-facto SEC East championship game. This year's game, played on Oct. 19 in Athens, will have much lower stakes. A game time and television network have been announced for the Georgia-Kentucky game. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. and ESPN will broadcast the game.

Next KY...once a given win...now a big question mark??? I am generally a staunch supporter but have lost my faith in UGA and Smart. They will have to prove and earn back my trust in this flagging program and it is just about mid season. I met a young high schooler at an auto store here in Florida this a.m. Wouldn't you know he was wearing a red, Georgia cap. We chatted as he is a DAWG fan and very much wants to attend UGA next year. I said great school but don't know about their football program after SC loss. He said : "They played a really awful game." He said he has never seen such sloppiness by UGA. Well, I jumped on that remark and nodded approvingly. I told him to not let it affect his interest in their scholastic program, which is excellent. He said it wouldn't and we shook hands and parted ways. There has got to be some redemption somewhere int all of this.

    GO DAWGS!

I have tickets. I couldn't be less excited to be going.

As the week goes on I'll probably start thinking about how Kentucky should win (and can). If we play like we did on Saturday, they will.

This is tiring. I cannot pick UGA to beat KY as they are up for UGA now after beating Arkansas...and UGA can't get much lower in spirit...so do not be surprised if UGA loses number 2. I hate even thinking it much less saying it...but I had a gut feel on SC game and was right. Same feeling next week. This is maddening. Riding high at number 3 ...now reduced to10th spot with really no way to climb back up...given the top player injuries and Fromm playing like a high schooler. Even Blankenship the great kicker is off his game. That plus Coley....where this guy came from is a mystery???? He needs to be let go ...today! Don't kill the messenger here.....it is only my lowly opinion. The DAWGS are challenged to prove me wrong! It is up to them not to me. We'll check back in after next Saturday's game. 🤔

    Go Dawgs!

I've been a fan for 45 seasons. Handling a win is easy, how you handle a loss defines who you are.

Ky lost to #9 Florida by a scant 8 pts. earlier in season. They are 3-3. #10 Dawgs are favored by most pollsters. UGA will have to prove to me they can beat even a lowly KY now. Just as I see it. UGA fraught with injuries and a quarterback who may or may not show up exuding the leadership confidence he normally exhibits???? Smart....? Who knows? Coley...should not be allowed on the field. Will UGA learn from its mistakes.........we'll see?

What I should like to see for the Kentucky game. I'd like to see adaptability. If Kentucky keeps it close for a half (or potentially even a quarter) and stopping our 3rd down attempts and seemingly predicting our moves... then we are in big trouble for the rest of the year.

I'm expecting to see us come back strong though. It's the last game to learn from mistakes. Florida then Missouri then Auburn and A&M won't be forvgiving.

The season is FAR from over. We have the talent. Now, we just to prove we can execute consistently and adapt.
