First up are bacon bites

Saw recipe online, I just made one change. I used sambal oelek instead of Sriracha. More flavor

1/4 cup of brown sugar mixed with 1/4 cup sambal oelek. Cut bacon strips into 4 pieces, dip in the mix, bake at 325 for 40 minutes. Then top with black sesame seeds and toasted sesame seeds. 5 more minutes in the oven. Let cool and eat

Next is brown butter bourbon rice krispy treats

I used good butter but do what you want. Brown butter in a large stock pot. Then add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, tablespoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 cup of bourbon, 24oz of mini marshmallows. Stir for 5-6 minutes. Then add 10 more ounces of marshmallows, stir for a minute, then a box of rice crispys. Once mixed together put in a buttered pan until cool. Then eat
