Tick-Tock....Sat is almost here.....we'll see who shows up. Swift will have to be at or almost 100%...I agree. Can a nagging bruise heal in a week? But then there are some other Puppies coming along who just may make a difference as well. UGA has depth. GO DAWGS!!!

Leave it to Danielson and that annoying voice of his to discount UGA.

Not guaranteeing a win, but I've felt better about this game as the week has progressed.

I'm nervous, and excited about kick off.

We had punched Bama in the mouth last year, but allowed them to come back.

If we can do the same to LSU, and keep on the gas, I think we'll win.

With so many young guys on our team, motivation is going to be key!

Does anyone know what LSU's team makeup is by class? Last year, we were the youngest team in the SEC, IIRC.

@Loranwhaddayagot, in what way did Danielson "discount UGA?" The worst thing he said was that D'Andre Swift has to play well for UGA to win." I don't think anyone believes that is an untrue or unfair statement. Can UGA win without him? Yes, we could. But it isn't likely as throughout the year, Swift has been the running back who has CONSISTENTLY moved the chains for us. Without him, all the rest of our running backs become quite ordinary. Go Dawgs!

No... time has proven that even if the best RBs in the county, we can't run if we can't/won't pass. This game falls on Fromm and the receiving targets. If we light up the passing yards, we will win. If we are forced to run it, we won't get any points.

Just listen / read to what he said about LSU and compare that to what he said about us.

I've heard him too much over the years talk down about UGA...he's not the only one...I constantly hear broadcasters sound like they pull for any team but us.

I've gotten that impression too. I've often wondered if it's just confirmation bias or whatever, and so from time to time will pay closer attention to how other prominent programs are talked about. There does seem to be something to it. My question is, why? Until I can find a satisfying answer, I'll never be able to rule out that it's just my perception.

Hmmmm.... CBS Sports Gary Danielson???? Well, in order to keep my sanity, and my blood pressure down, I'll simply have to mute the TV and instead listen to the DAWGS on the radio with Scott Howard, and Eric Zeier, along with Chuck Dowdle from the sidelines. THAT will make the SEC Championship game at Mercedes Benz Stadium MUCH MORE enjoyable!!!!! GO DAWGS!!!!

i have a strong feeling that Kenny McIntosh is going burst on the scene Saturday. He is a big time running back that has not had to be called on yet.

The best thing about Saturday is there is only "One" opinion that's going to matter, that opinion will belong to the players and coaches. This game has been broken down so many ways, there's a good chance that none of the "so called" experts know what the hell's going to happen. Dawgs are going to come out with a chip on their shoulder no one has seen the likes of.

I think we may have to lean on Cook, for I think Swift might not be 100%. However, I think Cook quite capable.

Posted on the other Fromm thread...watching last year's SECCG on SEC Network.

Danielson said during the broadcast that Jake Fromm is putting on a show. The last TD to Ridley was so perfectly placed, and Ridley faced tight coverage from Smith to make the catch.

It's unreal how similar the standings are to last year. UGA was the top 1 loss team.

OK...11 mins left in the 3rd quarter, and I think that's about when it starts to go south...

I'm working late and trying to stay awake...probly needa turn it off but I'm hoping we hold on for the win. LOL

Oh man...I had completely forgotten that Blankenship missed the 38 yd FG...man oh man...
