Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Bama still has a couple of commits who haven’t signed, and may not sign with them.
FSF is saying Lundy is headed elsewhere....
Jayson Jones is a "soft commit", so it's a safe bet this means he's going to get either the boot or a grayshirt offer at best, and then there's 3 others who haven't sent in the LOI, and one or two of those guys is likely JUCO because of grades (Jamil Burroughs very likely).
If they lose 2 low 4*'s and replace them with McKinnley Jackson, we probably come out on top. If they lose only 1, then they'll surely be at #1 and us at #2.
In regards to Lundy, with him calling VT like home and them doing this. My guess is he picks them
Pretty bad comparison. Bosa had already proven himself to be one of the best players coming out, thus being drafted so high ( he was also never taken out or benched mid season) . No one is taking Tyson Campbell round 1 right now given what he has put on the field so far . The best ability is availability and Tyson still needs to prove that he can last a full season ( he was banged up last year also with a shoulder injury ) . Yea you’re right he’s faster and has more athletic and physical ability than all our other corners but he has yet to put it all together and show out for a full season. Right now he is a four year player.
So, no Lundy (presumably) - who does everyone have left in our class? Any Kirby surprises available/possible?
The next to commit (maybe the last of the HS class) will be Charles Bell VI.
Second this , Bell next to commit . Followed by McConkey hopefully
I have Joseph (2018 count) and McConkey (Gray shirt) also coming in assuming BJ and SVPG signing on Wednesday. 3 current roster players will enter the portal March/April and leave at the end of Spring Semester.
No way McConkey gray shirts.
Campbell had an impressive freshman year. Started opposite side of the best SEC CB. PFF graded his freshman year highly.
Sophmore year when he was on the field showed vast improvement over the previous year. He was the best CB and it showed. Stokes got beat and Daniels isn't consistent yet. He had a common injury. But on field was a 92.1 PFF grade with a 91 PFF Coverage grade. 👀🤔
Yes you are correct health is a big factor but you are HIGHLY incorrect on him being a 4 year player. TC isnt afraid to tackle (rare in CBs), he can press, play zone, and play man to man at great to elite levels. He also possesses all the measurables in this eras NFL. Not to mention he will be a top guy in the 40 yard dash and shuttle. He had a turf toe injury and gave 7 games. The kid is probably the second best corner after his HS teammate. (Cant think of 2 corners better maybe Jobe #2).
I'd wager he goes 1st or 2nd round if you'd like?
Still haven’t got a clear answer if Nadab will go against our Scholarship count again. I’ve heard both yes and no.
Nadab still shows as a signed LOI commit to us in 2018 where ever you look. And Tramel Walthour fell off the 2018 list and enrolled as one of our 25 in 2019. So we only enrolled 24 for 2018, and we haven't been able to make that up anywhere that I can tell.
So it looks like Nadab can enroll with us and it won't count against our 25 this year because he's still counting against our 2018 25.
Has anyone heard he even has interest in coming here now? His crystal balls lean Bama, who offered him in June. But of course they are pretty full so I doubt he has a spot there.
Bell never got offered and is visiting Marshall this weekend. Kirby might have another surprise up his sleeve for the final spots.
Nadab's scholarship was givin to DRob. He would count against 2020
