Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Wow. Like the snow family
And here in Cartersville!
I hope they didn’t touch or stand on the cables to put those snow people there...
I'd like the picture that guy is taking down on the 50 yard line! That view is unique!
The Golf Club at Brookstone, Anderson, SC
Big snowfall today here in Turkey - our first in 3 years!
6-7" here in Blue Ridge this morning.
Was wondering what that was on the field earlier today.
Nob North Golf Club, Cohutta GA
Using a florescent colored ball I hope....
Not sure what you fools are doing down there, but it's a balmy 31 degrees and sunny up here near New Haven
Ahhhh snow day in Athens ...... memories and memories..................
Is that tee box on 13 ?
I had the privilege of standing on the pitcher's mound at SunTrust (now Truist) Park recently, and I tried to take one of those panoramic pictures with my iPhone, but it was my first (ever) attempt and I failed miserably.
Heckuva view though.
BTW, I absolutely love snow, so I really appreciate this thread. Great photos.
We had the slightest flurry in Atlanta today but nothing close to accumulation. Right now it's 37 degrees with a heavy fog. 🙁
Memories of Athens snow days:
Please share your snow day memories here!!!
It snowed right before spring break my senior year in ‘09. The power went out everywhere including my apartment complex, and there was so much ice that I couldn’t drive anywhere. So I packed a bag, walked the three blocks to my sorority house and lived there for a few days. Several upperclassmen did the same thing. Super fun! Made me feel young again! 😂

For the love of God, PLEASE go to the original Frank Pepe's and post a picture of one of their pizzas! Never thought I'd say I miss Branford, but I sure do miss Pepe's! At least I can live vicariously through you if you go...
Anyone remember Sons of Italy 🇮🇹 pizza place in Athens’ 5 Points area? Their pizzas were fantastic and a cut above the normal chain delivery fare from Domino’s, Pizza Pronto, etc., yet a bit too pricey for the average college students budget. It was quite a treat and splurge back in the day.
Other weekend favorites were the Taco Stand, The Grill, Riverside cafe, El Azteca and Guthrie’s (although they always seemed to be out of chicken fingers, which was the only thing on the menu!)
