It was the Single Barrel.
I got a bottle of that today. $65. Probably wait until after I move in a few weeks to open but I will be adding some of it to my infinity bottle when I do
I just saw the documentary Bourbontucky. It was very interesting. Several master distillers describe the history of bourbon makers and the growth of bourbon bars in Louisville Kentucky.
Recently, I've been enjoying 1792 Full Proof. It took me a few samples but now I absolutely love it.
Also just grabbed a bottle of Whistle Pig 10 year. It's on the pricey side but now I see why, absolutely fantastic and I'm not a huge Rye fan.
never heard of but I would love to watch, where did you see it?
It's was on my Direc TV last night. Channel 500. The Audience channel which I never heard of until you asked.
It's a documentary from 2015, I think.
I'm not a bourbon drinker, but after watching this film I was psyched. Now if I can just get my wife to go for it, we'll be sippin' some of Kentucky's finest very soon I think.
Bourbon lovers should make at least one trip to Bardstown Ky. It is the epicenter of Bourbon. Great tasting bars, scenic train trip, some good restaurants and the Old Kentucky Home. Good place to start your trip down the Bourbon trail
Not bourbon but bourbon related. I had a two more each of the regular, Mon Cheri, and cafe de olla but already drank those. I really wanted the double barrel, 2 year reserve, and proprietors blend but never could get my hands on
If not Bourbon, what are they marketed as? They look very interesting.
Looks like Dark Beer. Stout.
Beer. Just finished in bourbon barrels. Limited release every Black Friday
As I've stated before, I am by no means a connoisseur of bourbon, but with all this pandemic scare going on, I do have a bottle of Bookers, 1992 barrel batch, aged 7 years 9 months that may be tapped for stress relief should I deem necessary......
If you come across a bottle of Rowans Creek grab it and give it a try.
My COVID-19 survival kit! 😎
If this stock market keeps falling I will be drinking Kesslers.
