I just want us to always have Auburn-quality defensive tackles. Those guys are year in and out beasts. I think we're getting there.
Finding a starting QB, got easier, not more difficult.
Auburn has just been beating us in the recruiting. They have great DL recruiters and they have been getting the best of us on a couple great ones every year it seems like. Throw in Clemson and Bama with Auburn, we need to pick up our game just a little and get 1 or 2 studs that we have been missing out on, too often, usually to one of those schools. We definitely have to get MORE of the in-state guys. Too many going elsewhere.
Reading more into what was written, I worry about the defense. Read me out, even Connor said it as well as every other writer on Dawgnation. Our offense is behind, period. But it was just written that CKS, said the 1st team offense beat the 1st team defense in the red zone and on 3rd downs. Those are the 2 most important plays of a game. Giving up td's and not being able to get off the field. Huge. Just my 2 cents.
