247 did their star count and some one looks good at #1 and someone else looks good behind both instate schools all the way at #16. But the thing that impressed me the most of all. #2 bama, why you ask, because they don’t have a single 3 star on their roster. That to me is quite interesting.

All I'm seeing is "no fvcking excuses" this year, we have the talent. Time to slay the dragon.

It ain’t true though. They signed four just this spring. 247 is working through technical issues apparently.

It's crazy how in the last few years UGA, Bama, OSU, LSU and Clemson have separated themselves. Each year those 5 programs get approx. half of the top 100 players and the rest of CFB battles for the rest.

This isn't perfect, but simple math dictates approx 128 5*s over last 4 cycles and those 5 teams have 71!

And as stated before, Kirby takes 3*'s that he wants. He clearly sees upside potential in them that is greater than some higher ranked recruits that he turns away each year. Go Dawgs!

They updated it. Georgia is still number 1. Florida number 8. It seems that three out of their four 5 star players have already proven themselves not worthy of the ranking (Shorter, Lingard, Cox). The other is a freshman.
