No other way to put it , that is complete nonsense and I am a little offended that he thinks we believe any of that. You were brought here to do more than Coach Richt, as of now you haven't. Time to make some serious changes or they will do it for you. This is not on the players, this is completely on Kirby. Fields, then Fromm leaves a year earlier, Newman packs his bags to go nowhere but away from you - AND you have a 5 star QB with a full year under his belt and you say his body of work is not enough. BS, nothing but BS! 40 years and counting, Kirby you don't get to take a year off and stop talking about no spring, no summer......practically every team is living under the same rules!

Did anyone else hear this: when Newman quit, he handed the ball to Beck and this was his team? Since this year supposedly doesn’t count against players, why doesn’t he give Beck a chance? He couldn’t do worse than 9-29.

Yeah Mathis lit it up.   Kirby Smart must have been a used car salesman in his other life.   He's become so delusional that maybe he thinks it true.    Kirby needs a QB Coach and if he's calling the defense,  another defensive coordinator.   Rushing 4 guys didn't get it done.   Otherwise it might be "Happy Trails" to good ole Kirby.

Kirby, keep hitching your wagon to a walk-on with zero tangibles. There’s a reason no other SEC school has a starting QB under 6’. Kyle Trask just proved to everyone every thing that is wrong with your offense and whole philosophy (as if Bama didn’t already do it). Get a real QB or go back to being a defensive coordinator for Saban. Either way make a change now.

Pretty tough to make any sense out of the Daniels situation.

But I can tell you that we have never seen a QB improve under Kirby Smart, over the course of a career, or over the course of a season.

Develop Dwan, if he's a zone read guy do that until he can get better at passing.

    QBs can get no worse

If all we have leave us with Mathis as our best shot to win then CKS should be fired

If JT is not the QB then a freshman or walk-on should be because the other two guys (Stetson / D Wan) are not meant to be or ready to be starters in the SEC

Who gets the reps in practice is simple just plug JT in with the Ones in practice, It is what should have happened in the off week

Daniels isn't up to par with Bennett and Mathis because he gets fewer meaningful reps in practice, none in games.. Not hard to figure that out

Good thing we have all of these highly-accomplished internet coaches in here for Kirby to listen to about how to win football games. You guys should all quit your day jobs and apply for positions on coaching staffs. You all clearly know how this thing works better than Kirby does. Great work, guys.

I get Kirby thinking that we had a chance in this game and if thinking that maybe we could get through this year with Stetson. I don't agree with that thinking but he is the coach and he knows his team. That being said, now that we are clearly not on the level with Alabama and gulp, Florida it's apparent that we don't have a quarterback and by extensive, an offense that is going to enable us to compete at the highest level. I hope that Kirby will let the focus offensively for the rest of the season has to be developing a QB and an explosive offense.

Let Beck and Daniels get a look. Hell, let each one start a game. Give them some rope to make some mistakes and take some lumps. That is how players develop. Take the pressure off winning this season. I would rather finish this season back in Jacksonville with a QB ready for a championship run next year.

See it as an extended spring practice, given that no eligibility is lost this season. We are not a championship team this year. No need to get spanked again by Alabama to prove this out. We will not be a championship team until we have a QB that can scare teams as much as our defense. Develop that NOW.

He needs to move JTD up the food chain and start giving him #1 reps so he can quit saying he gives play to whoever gets the most reps.

this whole thing has turned into a nightmare , but kirby is making it worse by not even giving them a chance we had 2 games possibly 3 with defense playing lights out against kentucky to put all our qbs in the game for valuable reps but he keeps using these two guys ,,either hes beyond stubborn or he really aint learning as he goes , beck and daniels both couldve been and shouldve been in the blow out wins and losses , i understand people think we were only down by 13 in the 4th quarter and we had a chance but the score wasnt showing how bad we were getting beat in all phases pour azeez was hitting or touching trask on every play but our back end couldnt hold up long enough for him to get there before the throw ,, long season ladies and gents hope it dont affect recruiting ,, and very sorry to rosemy

He is in year 5 and has regressed. Next year should be his last if things don't change.

Justin Fields ..... we could have won 2 national championships. Kirby is not a good talent evaluator when it comes to QB.
