Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Next year however, we will be in the all too familiar position of opening the season with no proven QB unless we can build and hold onto leads. No letting off the gas under any circumstance. Run up the score at every chance. It’s going to be extremely advantageous to us to get Carson and Brock some quality playing time and find out who can lead this team in preparation for next year. Go Dawgs!
Yeah, and when that does happen, there will inevitably be complaints that Smart "let his foot off the gas" in doing so.
Mims and Jones won't be the starting tackles week 1 against Clemson's experienced DL. But they both will be starting by Halloween. Mitchell will be WR 1 or 2 by Halloween.
No I don’t think I did. I don’t think either of you are comprehending what I meant. There have been too many times in the past when we get a lead, bring in a backup and all they do is let the backup hand it off to our running backs for ten to fifteen straight running plays. What I am saying is stick with the same game plan and allow the backup to get into the flow off the game same as the starting qb to gain real game time experience.
