- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

We have hired Caryl Smith Gilbert to take over the track program. We should be in excellent hands.

Good. I was very sad to see that Petros was moving on...
Me too. Especially since he was pretty open about wanting to stay and at least publicly was only asking for very reasonable requests to keep the program competitive. I thought it was a bad look on UGA's part.
The improvements he wanted were coming just not on the timeline he wanted. He knew this . Also going public is not the way to endear yourself to your bosses. He did a great job here and is a great guy.
