    I'm honestly still interested to hear if there's enough time for Gilbert to learn the playbook before Game #1. I'd be interested to hear what Daniels thinks.

    I suspect Gilbert will have enough knowledge of UGA's offense to get the job done..Gilbert is a superb receiver. He will likely create his own patterns with Jt Daniels. Washington is an oak tree. No problem with him. Smith? Just hope he is 100% and he will dazzle the defenders with his agility and speed. UGA is ready to rumble. Bring it.

    He'll be fine... especially since he'll be just learning WR routes more than the TE assignments. I don't believe he'll be used much in the running game as a blocker in dual TE sets, which takes away half of the amount of plays he'd have to learn. But these guys are used to it. If he was a QB, that's a whole new convo. #GoDawgs

    One can only hope Gilbert meets the expectations of both the coaching staff and the fans.
