Where things stand with Broderick Jones, Amarius Mims entering 2021 Georgia football season
Georgia football has two five-star tackles in Amarius Mims and Broderick Jones that need to develop.

Jones and Mims are your starting OT's next season. They will get a lot of playing time this season and may be starting by the SECCG. It is smart not to start 2 freshmen against possibly the best DL in the country in game 1.
Fully agree !! The O line is not a place to throw a guy into the fire against a very good D line like Clemson when you don’t have to. If more guys were out injured then the story may well be different. There’ll be plenty of opportunities After Clemson for these two up and coming players. I would however hope that KS and Coach Luke will use as much of those opportunities as possible. Take for instance the UAB game. I’d hope that the moment the Dawgs get a nice lead they’d pull out pretty much ALL the starting O line and give the 2s and 3s work. Really once a reasonable lead is established Id hope to see Allot of backups on both sides of the ball. If by some crazy **** of fate or whatever UAB started to mount a come back you can always put the starters back in. Avoid injuries to the starters. Let them use this as a tune up to tie up and correct loose ends then put as many backups in as possible to finish the game. Playing against a weaker opponent ( No disrespect to UAB just being realistic) is at least some what helpful for analysis for our coaches and experience and confidence building for our backups .
