Georgia football’s sports medicine director Ron Courson has COVID-19
Georgia's director of sports medicine, Ron Courson, has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 just days before Georgia's first game against Clemson.

Sure. Why not.
It's the Dallas Cowboys Syndrome -- with UGA football it's ALWAYS SOMETHING!
Biggest loss of personnel yet.
My bet is we have some players coming off injury (Ie Rosemy Jack Saint, Fitzpatrick, Arian Smith etc) who’ve been in close contact with Courson often as of late. I fear it’s highly likely at this point that we loose meaningful contributors or coaching staff due to this. **** sick of covid.
Of course we find a new and innovated way to jeopardize this game. What do we have to do to exorcise our demons?
Get well soon, Mr. Courson!
Lord have mercy, bless your heart lol. Can we just hope he gets better and no one else is infected?
As long as he's vaccinated there's a very high chance he'll be fine. And I'd bet he's vaccinated.
If it helps, don't call it a vaccine. Call it a "don't die" shot.
Interesting. Well, he's got a much better chance of having mild or moderate symptoms since he's been vaccinated. So that's a good thing. Here's to a speedy recovery.
The contact tracing and potential to infect others (and possibly jeopardizing the Clemson game) is a big concern. Holding my breath...
First, We hope & pray 🙏for Ron Courson's speedy recovery, and return to his job. Next, prayer🙏 is that Nobody, Notta, Zero players or staff has COVID, Finally, prayer 🙏for Goooooo Dawgs! Beat Clemson!
For those who don't grasp sublety. Having been vaccinated may very well save Courson's life. It also likely makes his case less transmissible and all our players having been vaccinated definitely makes them far less likely to contract it and makes it close to 100% they won't get very sick if they do get it. Almost all of the people dying from Covid in The US are unvaccinated.
Well let’s wait on fake fauci to tell us how to live our saturdays now. What a pitiful world
Stats show less than 35% African Americans vaccinated . Let’s hope all the players parents are vaccinated , all of em before traveling because masks don’t work
