The 2011 Alabama defense was the most dominant that I can remember. They only managed to shutout 1 SEC team, Vanderbilt.

Georgia already has two shutouts in back to back games. I wonder what is the modern day SEC record for shutouts in a season. And, what's the record for shutouts in a row?

The D has three shut outs. Beck’s no effort pick six ruined the one against UAB.

We should beat Auburn without too much difficulty (unless we lose focus), but I've got to say that Bo Nix's performance last night was a thing of beauty. I know the guy isn't a 1st or 2nd round draft pick, but his effort, mobility, and sheer determination to make something out of nothing earns my respect. I've made fun of Bo before - heck, hasn't he been playing as long as Stetson? And Bo can have some horrendous outings...but, last night I loved seeing him play LSU.

UGA has dealt with Bo Nix before. UGA turned his throws into whiffle balls. He did play well yesterday. I thought LSU would beat them but Bo had other ideas. That is good. UGA needs to play winners. The UGA defensive unit will put fear into Bo next weekend. They are that good. He won't be able to run/pass/option as he does. LSU could not handle it. UGA can and will. Jordan Davis will run him down. Kid you not.

I do agree about the lose focus statement. I do feel UGA lost some focus again in the 2nd Qtr. They build such a lead it is hard to keep foot on the accelerator.

We've had too many great seasons derailed by Auburn, so I'll be nervous until the clock strikes 00:00

I remember a few years ago when Auburn came to Athens ranked in the top 10 and we were huge underdogs. We shut them down and won by 13 - 7, I believe. I don't think this bunch of Junkyard Dawgs will take anyone lightly.

I didn't think we'd shut Arkansas out. I'm certainly not betting against a shutout against Auburn.

Nix is gonna be running for his life. As much as I wanted to like DRob when he was here, I hope that our secondary shuts him down too.
