It'll be a tough call for Kirby, but it would be hard to sit a QB that's playing well vs a QB that has only played 9 of 24 quarters this season. I like JT, but at this point, Stetson has shown he's a very capable replacement. Looks like Stetson has worked quite a bit on deep throws downfield, and it's showing. Personally, I wouldnt care if Kirby put Jordan Davis in at QB lol, as long as the DAWGS come out on top..GoDAWGS!
Very good choice! MCconkey is turning into Mr Dependable. Reminds me a little of a long ago Oakland Raider..Fred Biletnikoff, a ball thrown anywhere close to him was an almost guaranteed catch.
Aaron and Rick are trying to suggest a QB controversy and I get it, Stetson has done an outstanding job in his backup role. JT is the starter but no doubt, we are blessed to have the mailman. If JT is not getting it done, bring in the mailman to deliver!
It is the little things that make a big difference very often....Stetson Bennett..5'11"..he is looking 6'4"to me right now. What a game!
Sooooooo, just wondering, why bring Pickens on the trip when he can't even dress out, let alone play? That's VERY un-Kirby like. I'm not upset or bothered that he traveled, just curious since it seems there's always a big deal over deciding which 70 people can "get on the bus." Seems if you KNOW a guy is not going to play, you would leave him home (as seemed to be the case with Arian Smith, Blaylock, Ameer Speed, Trezman Marshall, etc). Unless it means that Pickens is very close to returning and they want to get -- and keep -- him engaged. I hope that's the case. Go Dawgs!
