    Wow! Seems like a real “team first” kind of guy… between this and the Bear Alexander story, glad to see the kind of “high character” guys Kirby and co seem to be attracting. Team culture, and how much you trust your teammates, is one of the biggest factors they don’t discuss about championship teams… difficult to find a winner without an unusually strong “one team” attitude…
