I don't get this one. Leave a perrenial powerhouse and National Champ for...Miami? Something doesn't pass the smell test. I'm sure UGA would have matched the $$$ if it came to that.

    Ty

Whoa, this one hurts. I have to wonder about in house relations. Perhaps to many chiefs and no Indians? I don’t think that no one leaves this program without weighing the cost. Wishing you the best coach, Muschamp will assume the position. This doesn’t bode well for us.

I'm more worried if any of the new recruits leave to go with him.

Maybe he just likes the beach, maybe they threw more money,or maybe he and Kirby or Muschamp didn’t jive, gotta be one of those 3 ,DB coach at Miami is a step down, last possibility is he’ great friends with Cristobal

Kirby has this well in hand. He is used to the coach-go-round. I suspect it was money, possibly the coach.. Miami does not have the drawing power of UGA. We have to get used to this. Kirby just poached McClendon from Miami. It is a crazy carousel.

I don't thinkKirby had to let him make a lateral move. He could have just matched the money. If he doesn't want to be here good by!

I think Addae was worried he'd never truly get enough credit for his work here with Kirby and Muschamp in the same building..

Wish him all the best though, he's already got a DGD to work with in Tyrique Stevenson, and a few talented younger players down there, so he should find some real success..

Touche though Cristobal..lol We take McClendon you take Addae..haha

I don't think UGA will look for a new DB coach, I think Muschamp will slide into that role, and Kirby will fill a different spot for his staff..Or maybe Faulkner, Bobo, or Cochran get promoted to on field staffers..Wouldn't surprise me at all...

Hate to see a great coach leave though in Addae, wish him the best. He's an awesome coach, and a great human being..

He most likely left because he'd never truly get the credit here at UGA under not only Kirby but Muschamp as well. We even saw Muschamp handling alot of the bigger named DB recruits, and that might have rubbed Addae the wrong way..

Either way, he's a great coach, and wish him the best!!

If he is leaving for some of the ressons that have been given, then we didn't need him at Georgia anyway. They either want to be apart of the program or not. We all know coaches and players leave for their on reason and gratification. Just worry about who is in the program. I hope Kirby find a defensive back coach who can teach players how to play good man-to-man coverage. I hate to see anyone leave the program, but it is what it is.
