Well, that escalated quickly. I thought we would at least get all the way through spring practice before the transfers started. Oh well, we wish you the best, Mr. Condon. Go Dawgs!

“He also has different lingos and terms to be used on different calls. We’re having to adjust with that.”

Never have liked that, much easier for 1 coach to adjust than the entire line.

I guess if you don't start that much after 4 years, the portal is for you. I hope you get your degree. The best to you young man.

Expected. Buried on the depth chart. Good player. Will find a good home and contribute. I would expect a couple more OL to hit the TP. Condon to OK?

Wish him the very best of luck. You just never know..... in this business. But, with respect to the piece itself, fine to note the Dawgs are "loaded" on the OL, but what's with the cut/paste of commentary about Stacy Searels? No big deal, just sloppy work by whomever puts these posts together, if not the author. That was a turn-off. If it's about Owen leaving, then deal with that and don't try to hype up another player as if "no biggie." A bit classless.

Just looking for a spot, I think. The sequence and timing of these things still baffle me but I guess it matters. See, e.g., the JT Daniels thing. While he's in school to graduate in the Spring, other QBs are latching on to various teams. The "business" of college football has become mind-numbing. But yeah, if Owen thought he had a shot, maybe he'd have stuck around. But hey, go to another school, get reps, stay hard in the gym, who knows.

Make no mistake JT has his landing spot already signed sealed and delivered. As for Condon, if you didn't see this coming you haven't been watching recruiting. It makes perfect sense. There will be more on the OL.
