Georgia football is riding a wave of momentum like never before with a CFP Championship and record NFL Draft class in its wake as it makes a run at one of the most celebrated recruits of the millennium.

Ewers was a huge win for Texas. I see that program turning around. One to watch closely. I still do not see Manning signing with UGA...why I cannot pin point. I see him as a portal type if UGA does not measure up. Pure speculation. UGA has three future QBs that should be very good. Manning would be a PR draw for sure.
No matter what happens, it is great to see Georgia in the mix for the elite players - Kirby has definitely got this program the national brand name it deserves. Whether the kid is from California or New York, players are considering Georgia and many are making Georgia a part of their top list of teams. It is great to be a Georgia Bulldog!

I agree. The ones willing to work toward being the best and improving their game, regardless of their current talent level...they will come and stay.
When Smart and some of their current and former players say, "UGA isn't for everyone", they're saying that everyone isn't willing to pay the price demanded for Glory.
The way I look at it, UGA is the College Football equivalent of the Army Airborne Rangers or Navy Seals. There's no shame in washing out there. The standards are high and the competition fierce.
What do you offer a recruit who is already set for life? Thank goodness Kirby knows.
Something money can't buy....a chance to be the best, personally and professionally. Like I said, not everyone has that kind of drive. Kirby doesn't want any other kind. No matter how many stars come after their name. LOL
