Stetson Bennett gets invite to Manning Academy
UGA quarterback Stetson Bennett, who doesn’t always get the respect some feel like he deserves, got a big compliment on Monday.

I agree Michael, it was clear that Kirby and his offensive coaches had a good hunch as to which QB could get us to the promised land….and SB didn’t let them or us down. Go Dawgs (2021 National Champs)….dang that sounds good.
Stetson is a Good Passer Proven by his stats and QBR. His scrambling and Running Skills Aided by Great Speed clearly add another Dimension to the QB position for Georgia! The plays he created at Key Moments in games last year made the difference which can't be denied. Another year of Experience will only make those Nonbelievers start to believe their own eyes!
We would be in better shape for 2022 if Beck and or Vandergriff had gotten some playing time in 2021. It's interesting that it appears Bennett was a late addition to the Manning camp.
I can see how that might be true for this year, but Bennett needed all the reps he could get for down the stretch last year.
Bold prediction: Bennett and the Georgia offense are going to light up defenses this year! I’d like to say ‘you heard it here first’, but that isn’t true. Go Stetson! Go Dawgs!
