Those bottom stats show that the guys are pretty similar. The QB rushing numbers were pretty surprising, considering how much we've talked about Stets's legs, although we haven't really relied-on/planned-with them as much this year as last year. Bennett leads Daniels in most categories, but not by much.

Yes. I too would have thought SBIV would have had 300+ yards. But thinking back, the 2nd half of the season was focused on him having a stronger pocket awareness.

I was surprised that Daniels has run for more yards than our best RB…..yikes!!! He’s ranked as the #10 running back in the SEC and McIntosh is #17 in total yards. We need to shut that dude down. Go Dawgs!!!

Other commentaries tried to impress that Daniels is a foot threat as well as passing. He can really hoof it. His ankle is fine. Hey..Jalen Carter...you ready to shut him down? Kelly is going to throw him right at UGA's front line just like GT. LSU wants to draw first b.lood. Once Daniels is neutralized...UGA can cruise to a win. IMO.

It IS surprising !! And sure hope and Believe our Dawgs will shut him down. They’ve fared pretty good against running QBs these last two years. But one thing on Kenny Mac until these last couple of games Stets had been throwing to him almost as much if not more than K Mac running the ball. Maybe that accounts for the disparity ?? I don’t know. It’s gonna be a good and tough game. But if our Dawgs come to play and I think they will they can beat LSU. Hooker of TN was as dangerous if not More so with his feet and his arm as Daniels imho and our Dawgs kept him under control. They’ll do the same with Daniels. Go Dawgs !!

No QB in the SEC can match Daniel's combination of speed AND quickness. And his arm is better than he gets credit for. I'm not sure how we stop him because he's faster than anyone on our defense, so we'll just have to stop the other guys. I expect Daniels will be close to, if not right at, 100 percent healthy. Still funny to me how A.D. Mitchell hopped right up after he injured his ankle and was able to run off the field on his own, yet missed like seven games. Meanwhile, Daniels is laying out on the field with his injured ankle so long they had to go to a commercial break and yet a week later, he's a full go?

You are correct. Kenny Mac has almost 1100 total yards. Would put him at top 5 in the SEC RBs

You are correct and I was just focused on “rushing” stats. Of course Daniels can’t pass to himself so he’s not able to record “receiving” stats like McIntosh. Go Dawgs!!!

No sarcasm I Assure you. But our Defense is considerably better than TAMU. I’d think that Kirby and Coaching Staff would just primarily follow ( with some unique twists of his own) the blue print that the Aggies laid down. Their Defense had Allot of True Freshmen playing ( I don’t keep up with Them) according to the TV announcers. In fact Allot of True Freshmen playing on their O as well. The TV guys talked quite a bit about how Jimbo Fisher had actually opted to play True Freshmen over some more experienced guys. Again I’m not very familiar with TAMU’s program. But we all know what happened. I just want our Dawgs to avoid Beating Themselves !! If they bring their A game and avoid **** mistakes and Allot of penalties they Should beat a Very Good LSU team by a solid score. LSU is a very good team, but it’s the SEC, every Saturday a team can put the bite on you !! Go Dawgs !!

KMac is an Absolute Phenom for the Dawgs !! In Many, Many ways he’s been the life blood of the Offense !! And I say that with No disrespect what so ever to Bowers, MCConkey, Jackson, etc. etc. But in these last I’d say 3 games, maybe even 4, he’s really come on strong Running the ball !! Had he been used almost exclusively like that all season His personal stats running the ball would probably be Much higher. BUT if he had been used To Much running the ball we Might have lost a game or two !! Monken has used KMac like James Cook, I haven’t checked to make a comparison but KMac might actually have better stats being used as both RB and Receiver than James C. did ??

Please. Quit it with the Jayden Daniels hyping. He is not on the same level of the great dual threat QBs that the SEC had a few years back like Dak Prescott, Cam Newton, Matt Jones and Tim Tebow. Take Jones, the least of that bunch. He was 6'6", 225 lbs, ran a 4.38 40 (Mecole Hardman runs a 4.33) and was actually an NFL 1st round pick at WR (sadly his NFL career was derailed by off-the-field issues).

That's the type of ability that you need to be a big time dual threat QB in the SEC: good enough passing ability to play in the NFL like Prescott and Newton, or good enough athlete to start in the NFL at another position like Jones, or like Tebow had he been willing to switch positions early in his career. As for Daniels, is he even as good as Josh Dobbs, a clear second tier talent responsible for Butch Jones' only actual good seasons at Tennessee? Daniels certainly isn't as good an athlete as Nick Marshall, who came 1 play away from winning a national title with a not-exactly-loaded Auburn team and would be an NFL defensive back right now had he not gotten himself kicked out of Athens.

Were LSU starting Deshaun Watson, who had 10,400 yards and 97 TDs in 2 seasons, then they would have a shot on Saturday. (And no, it wasn't because of "ACC defenses" ... Watson put up 470 yards against Kirby's defense in 2015 and followed it up with 460 yards the next year despite Alabama knowing they were going to play him again and spending all year preparing.) But considering how Jalen Carter is going to destroy LSU's interior OL, Beal is going to chase him down when he tries to roll outside to get away from Carter and the two sophomore LB will be sitting waiting for him when he tries to escape up the middle (as well as on draw plays) I am going to be generous and say that LSU "might" score 13 points, with some of those being meaningless garbage time ones.
