Hey Y’all just some thoughts. It can be but not necessarily is specific to Stetson and this particular situation. But ain’t it strange how we as human beings so many times think in terms of Oh that won’t happen to me. It’ll be Someone Else the Doctor tells them they have cancer. It’ll be Someone Else arrested for DUI. It’ll be Someone Else killed very late at night in a car crash. It’ll be Someone Else that becomes the victim of a violent crime. The list goes on and on. But you know to a large degree Many of these things can be avoided if we just Stop and Think !! Don’t just jump in !! Stop and Think things through for a moment before going into action. We could save ourselves Allot of grief if we just think in terms of Hey that CAN Be Me if I’m not very careful. Of course Even when we try to be careful and think things out, bad things Can and many times Do happen to us. But if we Stop and Think things through we can Tremendously reduce the odds of these things happening. I’ve seen some of you post on here that Bad Things Happen After Midnight. And I fully agree. I know there are people committing to and from their jobs at that time of night. And some people’s jobs involve them being out there at that time of night. And some people might just be traveling to visit family or friends in a distant area to them. But generally speaking, it’s Not a good time of night. I don’t know the statistical data, but it sure seems to me that Bad Things do seem to happen in those late, late hours of night. I’ve made Allot of very poor decisions in my life. Decisions I very much regret. But in My life I’ve come to find out For Me that to Stop & Think things through has helped Me greatly. Moreover as I have faith in the Lord Jesus, Stop & PRAY has helped Me greatly. Is my life perfect ? Oh No !!! I assure you on that !! But the failings are ALL on Me. No one else. And most of the time those failings happen when I fail to heed my own advice here. Stop, Think, and if your a person of faith include Pray. You might not avoid ALL bad things in life but you’ll surely reduce the probabilities !!

This is no big deal. I'm just very thankful he wasn't driving while intoxicated.
Not taking up for for being drunk in public but he's still young and having fun. But now, he's a celebrity who has to be aware of his surroundings. Also, he may need to keep a low profile for now. He'll be alright. Probably need to stay in familiar surrounds for now. Back to Back Champions, Go Dawgs!!
For his sake, he may need to look in the mirror. Understand the chip on the shoulder, but you can still have that and class at the same time. Whatever chances he has to be drafted will be lower now because of this, as well as his antics over the past few weeks during interviews (and non-interviews). He is looking more and more of someone who butts heads with authority and does things his way. Not saying he won’t make it, but his path is becoming harder and harder with each story these days. Wishing him the best though!

With his odd behavior and speech at the celebration and now this, his draft stock is probably slowly declining.
We all rooted for SBIV to improve and clean up his game. Just like any UGA player. CKS and CTM rode him pretty hard to clean up his "boneheaded" (CKS) plays. And he did. I hope he does in his personal life as well. Right now he seems to be following the "How to mess up your draft rating" playbook. Hopefully SBIV seeks out a mature advisor to guide and council.
Honestly, you expect more sense and maturity from a 25 year old. Especially in light of what happened to a teammate recently. Wake up calls sometimes actually do wake people up to needed change. SBIV and the NFL GM's will have plenty to talk about at the combine.

Stetson has a great story and hopefully a great future in football. While I appreciate his efforts and others comments, IMHO the label of GOAT is not his to wear. Mr Walker and others prior labored with so so teams yet still became rightful Legends.

Yep, power and success can combine to allow one to self destruct. As the man in Hang them High was being hung he told the crowd that Demon Rum led him to this point. It seems Stetson like much of our present day society thinks one can not socialize or have fun without the presence of alcohol. When the reality is you can do both and enjoy it more without the crap.
