Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Amir Jackson: Georgia sends out an intriguing offer to 6-foot-5 in-state TE prospect
Want to attack every day with the latest Georgia football recruiting info? That’s the Intel. This rep has the first DawgNation story on unrated in-state TE prospect Amir Jackson of Portal High School in Southeast Georgia. He’s not rated by anyone. Anywhere. But that will quickly change.

That third photo of him going up and over the two DBs is poetic.
His foot is just about level with the DB knees. WOW!!
This just isn't fair. Not only is UGA dominating the blue chips, but they are getting under-the-radar guys like Bennett, Mitchell, McConkey and now (we hope) Jackson too. (Says the poor teams that have to play against UGA.)
I bet Billy Napier is really incensed. He was hoping to get a big time talent that no one else was in on yet. Well, that's over ...
No better training for a football WR/DB than basketball. Shadowing a man w/o touching him. Does that sound like a DB? Seeing a ball in the air, tracking it and high pointing it. Does that sound like WR? Reacting to the offensive player and changing direction. Moving your feet to stay free of contact. Cutting and catching the ball. Understanding body positioning. Catching a ball in traffic. Fighting for a 50/50 ball. All football and basketball skills.
Awesome! And for it to end as awesome as possible, he eventually signs with and is developed by...TE U!
Did I read that correctly, he turned off the UGA/TCU national championship game after the first quarter?! Go Dawgs!
He looks like a great athlete, love to have him in a Dawg uniform. Go Dawgs
