Georgia football star Jamon Dumas-Johnson was booked into Athens-Clarke County jail on Wednesday night on charges of racing on highway/streets and reckless driving.

At least he didn't ride around on the hood of a car drinking beer for an hour like I did in college. Kids do dumb things and I was exhibit A.

So was racing involved with the crash? That’s what the article suggests. And why would he be arrested a month and a half later?
If indeed racing was involved in the fatal crash, punishment has already been administered and it will be a life sentence seared into the memory of those involved. As for any disciplinary measures, JB and KS will surely make sure those involved earn their way back to the UGA standard. Eric Church summed it up in his song "Some Of It"......"Some of it you learn the hard way, Some of it you read on a page, Some of it comes with heartbreak, Most of it comes with age and none of it ever comes easy...." May GOD bless all involved.
