Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Carson Beck on being Georgia football veteran quarterback: ‘I’m expected to lead’
For the first time in his Georgia career, Carson Beck is the old guy in the Georgia quarterback room.

Who plays better under duress? WHo can have an incomplete pass be ruled a fumble and not allow that to determine the game, late in the 4th quarter, but use that to fuel a scoring drive the next possession?
@Kconnorriley, please learn another rejoinder word other than "as" in the middle of every other sentence. Better yet, know that periods (.) are your friend.
What a pleasure to have 3 potentially, great quarterbacks to go into the spring game. All 3 would have played, often, on any lesser team. My thanks for their unselfish, team supporting , devotion. They must be looking forward to some excellent passing with the receivers they have to throw to. Go Dawgs!
I feel our Coaches will get this position right by the first 3 or 4 games, Go Dawgs
Hopefully before game one. Week three vs SC could be a challenge
@Brooksie
Now that Mike Bobo is the OC, it is safe to say that with Milton, Edwards and Branson in the backfield with an OL where all 5 starters are likely to be ultimately drafted (3 of whom as early as next year) plus some of the backups also - something that Bobo never had at his previous stint as the UGA OC, and certainly not as the Auburn and South Carolina OCs either - it is safe to say that UGA will rush for 350 yards against South Carolina no matter who the QB is. And yes, with that defense, 350 rushing yards will mean winning the football game no matter who the opponent is.
The SB IV and Monken years were great, but going back to the days when UGA didn't need a Heisman Trophy candidate at QB to win big games - meaning having such players is a bonus and not a requirement - is better for making sure that UGA is in the hunt to make the playoff every year.
i agree with your thoughts as a likely scenario. However I’m placing caution on the SC game as their QB returns with confidence.
Same can be said with the Auburn game as we have no idea how the Freeze bump and their transfers will perform in a marquee game.
