    I really think it comes down to leadership, who has the locker room so to speak, reads the defenses well to get them in the best plays, and ball security. All 3 quarterbacks have the talent to make the offense go. But those intangible qualities are what will separate them. If Beck wins the job, I hope it at least number 2 will stay because it will be his job to lose next.
