- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

After 12 years of attending one of the highest academic schools in Texas…I glad my son gets to start out with 2 easy A’s
Method acting has its perks I reckon
Given the inferred tone of your post, I assumed you were laughing first and I was just joining in! 😄
Is your son going to redshirt or try to play as a TF?
I'm not sure it wa a method, and it sure wasn't "acting" but I thopught it was a good excuse to start the end of term celebration early and my teacher loved it. I had also had my first kidney stone attack in the middle of a scene earlier in the semester so he might have had sympathy for me.
Summer School with Mark Harmon and Kirstie Alley was pretty cool, too.
Redshirt for sure. He is no where close to being able to block Dallas Turner or Harold Perkins…
He has an 18 month project of going from 230 to 260lbs.
Yeah, anything with Kirstie Alley was pretty cool….May she Rest In Peace !
I hope you don't have to pay that grocery bill!! Instead of letting him come home for Thanksgiving, you should take the fmaily there so he can eat at the training table instead! 😁
How’s he doing with the hips? I remember you said he need to get them more flexible.
Grocery bill is now on Arkansas… and he won’t be home for Thanksgiving for the next 4 yrs
significantly better. Yoga works
If he has trouble adding the 30 pounds fast, feel free to let him reach out to me. I have found the secret to it with very little effort involved, though it might not show up where he wants it 😂
Right there with you
I feel for you @texdawg My son was a National Merit Scholar and went to UNC to double major in Business and Economics. He was exempt from so many courses that he had to do these type courses (drama, music, art etc) for the first 2 years as you had to be enrolled in UNC for 2 years before being allowed into the business school. Ultimately this hurt his overall GPA (still good but...) which seems ridiculous!
