GREENSBORO — The University of Georgia announced plans to build a new track & field facility at its annual spring athletics board meeting, and no one could be more excited than Kirby Smart.

Brooks has done a good job, and he has certainly paid his dues, but much of the leg work (aka the hiring of Kirby Smart) was already done. There is a mammoth wave of momentum…all Brooks has to do is not fall off the board.
