Georgia freshman safety Joenel Aguero looking like ‘perfect fit’ in loaded secondary
ATHENS — The feedback on incoming Georgia freshman safety Joenel Aguero has been strong and it quickly became easy to understand why after hearing his interview with Aaron Murray.
Comments
Aguero: "UGA is way more aggressive...more physical... ( than Ohio State) that is my kind of play." Need I say more.
It's an invitation to cross the middle. If,
you are manned up. The big hits will come. GO DAWGS
That's precisely why Michigan has beaten Ohio State 2 games in a row. Ohio State has great skill position players but they are not deep on the line of scrimmage and the few guys they have that are excellent there get tired in the second half. They cannot overcome injuries to those few good ones they have thus they practice softer.
I would like to THANK Marvin "The Hands" Harrison for spreading the word about the hard hitting DAWG secondary.....without doubt The Hardest Hitting Secondary in America.....Joenel joins The Dawg "Cold ****" Communicators as a most welcomed member as ole Marv petitions the NFL for more mandated receiver padding. WARNING....when playing The DAWGS, throw across the middle routes if you dare!
Aguero impressed me during the G-Day game. He was all over the place. I know he's not going to be starting at the beginning of the season, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if he's starting by the end of the season, and it won't be because someone got injured either. I think he's that good and he wants it that bad. You can just see it. Go Dawgs!
He will play a lot but don't sleep on Tykee. Anyways, Bullard has great tackling technique and the hit against Harrison was great for a couple reasons. First is he was aware that Harrison was at the back of the end zone and the ball was in play. I'm not sure many of our other defenders were as 'aware.' Also, the hit was performed with perfect technique. Perfect technique. It was literally the demonstration in real time at a pivotal moment of how you are suppossed to hit someone.
Great hit. OSU fans are sore losers, that is all.
