Gotta love him. Direct, to the point, builds up moral and all business with a little ribbing of his coaches thrown in. These guys feed off Kirby’s personality and it shows more and more with the success they’re having on the field. Go Dawgs!

Amen !! Agree !! Kirby didn’t try to offer excuses, he said where the Dawgs are, where they need to be, and that he and coaching staff and of course the players are working their butts off to get there. I trust Kirby, explicitly. TO ME as a Dawgs fan he has Earned that level of trust. Will he make occasional mistakes ?? Of course he will !! He’s a human being. But the thing his mistakes will be at a minimum !!
