I wouldn't start either Ladd or Javon this week. I'd only put them in if we absolutely need them.

It's an SEC road game, our first of the year. Why wouldn't we need our best players to play if they can? We've got to stop this assumption that UGA can "get by" against some teams without playing its best players. We should assume NOTHING. Play your best if they're available and if they get hurt, play your next best. Go Dawgs!

I want to be healthy by the time we get to the downhill stretch of the season. Javon I think plays, Ladd I think will sit until he does ,more in practice to show that his back is ready for competition. We actually need both of them 100% percent come Florida, this assertion that we can out talent everyone is very unwise. best on best is always Kirby's game plan but not at the cost of the players health.

Ladd gets to run routes and attract the double coverage until the figure it out, then give him some safe sideline throws. Javon only if he is not dealing with any discomfort. We need him more for Kentucky and later The Gators! I'm expecting several 2's, 3's and maybe a 4 to get noticed against Auburn!

None of the players that have been out 2 or more weeks are ready to go full time. However, getting them in for a few pays or series seems logical as a way to work them back in to the rotation on a permanent basis.
