ATHENS — We knew at some point Georgia was going to learn what it had in its tight end room after Brock Bowers. Most thought that day wouldn’t come until the 2024 season, with Bowers off to the NFL by that point in time.

Good luck to Brock Bowers! He is definitely a fighter. Hopefully, we get him back by the Tennessee game. Regardless, Go Dawgs!

Hate to see Brock or any player get injured, but I know he will attack his rehab just like he plays the game. Can't wait to see him back out there. I'm also looking forward to seeing the young tight ends and to watch them progress.

Heal fast Brock. Time to step up for everyone on the team. This is more than next man mentality it's everyone stepping up to fill the huge hole created by his absence. This team will find out a lot about themselves this next 4 to 6 weeks. Go Dawgs!!!

WE pray for the healing of Brock Bowers ankle correctly and timely. See you soon. Although this leaves a big gap it also gives our other talented players an opportunity to be seasoned and show their wares. GO DAWGZ, SIC'EM...😎

Brock Bowers is the best player in the country imo. We don’t beat Auburn without him. This is a big time blow as we enter the meat of the schedule. The whole team will need to step up to beat any of our next 4 opponents. Paring for Brock to heal completely and not have any long term problems as he goes to the next level.

This is one of the things, probably close to the ONLY thing I despise about this great game.

I ❤️ watching #19 play this game, I watch him even when the ball is NOT going his way. He blocks, decoys, plays hard, runs and cheers and does everything the right way: How could I not root for this guy!?!

He deserved all of the accolades and awards that have come his way and will continue to deserve all of that that has yet to be bestowed upon that young man. I just hate that he is injured and now has to go under the knife and has to go thru that healing and rehab process. I hate it for him because I know it is going to be hard for him to watch his brother Dawgs play and not be able to contribute! I hate that part of this much more than selfishly hating it because I know he can help us have a better chance at 3 in a row. It is what it is, but darn the bad luck with this entire thing.

    🤬🤬🤬🤬

    and GO DAWGS!!!!

I agree. I would always look to see if and where he was on the field. I’m not saying it can’t happen, but our 3-peat chances just took a huge hit. He is the Herschel type player of this generation. Brock makes everyone around him better. To me, Beck didn’t look as comfortable dropping back after Brock left the game. Time for all 3 phases of the game to step it up. Go Dawgs! Prayers for healing, Brock! 🙏🏻

Delp is 6'5" and 245lbs. This guy can catch. He needs to improve his blocking, but he can handle the load. BUT, we desperately need Milton back in the lineup consistently as a dual RB/receiver threat. We've got plenty of weapons and a BYE week staring us in the face. We should be able to get back on track.

Next man up. We can't cry over spilled milk...gotta man up....Delp, Luckie, and Spurlin...these were all 3, 4, and 5 star recruits. Let them do the heavy lifting.

We've got bigger issues on this team than Bowers...let's GO!!

Best of luck to Brock on his SPEEDY recovery...maybe we'll see him by the GA Tech or SEC Championship game!

    GO DAWGS!!!
