Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Trying to keep my brain occupied as we are now in the countdown. What are we prepping?
(I also wanted to use the 5 star chef zone for you @pgjackson) 😉

Smoked wings, smoked and flash fried ribs, jalapeno poppers, cucumber/watermon mint salad (my wife says the men’s cooking is dehydrating. I say life giving)
And there it is. I am officially outclassed.
Hot wings. Collard greens. Crab stuffed mushrooms. All the food groups 😎
I smoked a Boston Butt all night, and used some if for Brunswick stew in the crockpot .
I have trouble eating during the game, but my wife got chicken wings and stuff to snack on.
I like the wings a lot hotter than everyone else in my house so I'll have to doctor them up.
The Boston Butt sounds awesome! I got a big bowl of Fresh Air Brunswick Stew last week.
Shoulda bought some for gameday!
I did get two 6 packs of 2022 NC Cokes to pop open!
Cuban sandwiches like the ones in Tampa. I made the mojo pork yesterday. (I usually have deli sandwiches on game days and didn't want to mess with success.) Caesar cocktails to drink.
Awesome on the Ceasars! They are hard to beat! I think I’ll make myself one during the game. Lol, perhaps two
Elephant sushi. Worked last time
I’ve had a brisket on since the wee hours of the morning. Home made rub on it. Pecan and hickory wood. Chicken, shrimp, mushroom, bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash kebabs with Jamaican jerk seasoning for lunch. GO DAWGS!!!
Is it called the “Roll Tide” Roll?
Actually I called it “Georgia rolls special”
I'm doing Lemon pepper leg quarters with smoked sausage and requested the Mrs prep stuffed "Dillon" Bell peppers. Should get it done.
Reminds me of a cookbook my grandmother had, had many unusual recipes along with the normal ones. Elephant stew, start by quartering an elephant add 50 lbs potatoes 40 lbs onions a bushel of celery you get the idea. Possum pie, etc.
I LOVE good brisket and you had me at pecan and hickory!!!
You can't beat a good Cuban sandwich! The Cubans at the ABC Commissary at WDW used to be one of my favorite counter service meals.
