So, a offensive line that is giving up over 3 sacks and 6 pressures a game, can now all of a sudden block? Or just a bad pass rush?
Started really strong and then completely changed our game plan.
Disappointing to say the least. No edge defense and no pressure on their QB. You cannot win that way. This is just poor.
IF the season were to end tonight, I'd be mighty proud of what these young men have accomplished this year. With that being said..we need a TD to start the 2nd half, and cut it to 3. Georgia Defense has some holds. No #6 need to be replaced. All year he has been the weakest link in the secondary. Number #5 need to be on the bench. They need to replace #6 with No#1. The coaches got to see this on film
ummm, we have a better QB, better skill position players, we have a number of advantages. We’re just not playing to those strengths. Bama is going to stop the run, so naturally we decide to run, and not air it out. Chaz Chambliss is slow at, and we have incredible pass rushers, that aren’t on the field. We have a better, better coached team. But play call has **** since the first scoring drive. Bama beat us the first time in 21 even though our defense was obviously better. A hot QB is a trump card, but we’re not letting Beck get that momentum, we are stubbornly running straight into a brick wall. Bobo is just spazzing out or something.
Whose talk? So, by that thought, are we better but McConkey is hurt and Thomas is out?
Sadly, every time, including when we were able to win the championship against them, bama wins at the line of scrimmage. I don’t know how it happens but it’s every time

The offense got to open the passing game up. Stop calling running plays. You have to attack Alabama with the passing game. BoBo is scared because #65 is out the game to pass block. Look at the play calling. You got to be able to make adjustments with your play calling. Please tell #6 to stop playing scared and look for the ball. He is playing like a Robot!!!
All you need to do is look at the stats for both teams on offense right now, and this game is going sideways because of playcalling and lack of physicality on the LOS.
Alabama is only 1/5 on third down and yet are up 10, and seemingly dominating…but the UGA penalties and the missed FG are the primary difference in this game.
Games are primarily won in the trenches, not at the skill positions. Alabama is better on both lines, linebackers, and in secondary. We may be better at QB, but I don't think we are significantly better at WR, and RB is a toss up.
Bama just punched us in the mouth.
How do the Dawgs respond?
Kirby always talks about how 'resilient ' this year's team is....I guess we'll find out if that's really true or not.
Talking heads, fans have all kept saying it. It's brought up all the time.
No, big games over and over disprove this. A high flying offense will almost always beat a good defense. Washington and Oregon is an example. Oregon is probably the better team overall, but Washington has an elite offense. Our secondary is just as good. No way Bullard, Starks, Tykee, and Lassiter are not better than friggin Kool aid and co. We had success on our first drive, evaluated our performance, then said “nah! Let’s not keep doing that! Let’s run the ball straight at em.”

LOS is critical in most games, but these big games generally turn out differently.
If our first play of the second half is a run between the tackles CKS needs relieve Bobo immediately.

Actually it's worse. They are 1/6 on 3rd downs. But unfortunately, 2/2 on 4th downs. Their extended drives are why it seems that they are dominating. And are that to the offense of UGA that looks so slow, with ZERO ability of getting out of a toss sweep with 8 men in the box.
And of course the replay office in BAMA would not review the catch.
